Francy's House 

Built between 1903 and 1904 by a German industrialist, Villa Rosa is one of the architectural gems of Lake Como, one of the areas of vacation more beautiful and famous in the world, a destination of an international tourism and refined.


The villa is located in Griante, fraction of Cadenabbia on the western side of Lake Como, where the two branches of Lake intersect at Bellagio.


The area constitutes a panoramic point of rare beauty, embellished by the presence of ancient patrician villas, such as Villa Carlotta, Villa Melzi d'Eril and Villa Serbelloni, residences of the Milanese nobility in the eighteenth century. The charm of these places has attracted admirers of excellence, as the actor George Clooney, who owns a villa at Laglio, about fifteen kilometers from Griante.
